This book supports the philosophy of Good Neighbor Karma by  not only  providing readers with practical recipes, but also including great tips such as how to organize
a meal train, the art of assembling a cheese platter, and ideas for  nourishing a friend/neighbor on the mend.   I found the emergency appetizer suggestions to be extremely helpful when I am in
the depths of a hectic week but need to extend culinary support to a mid week community gathering.
